Payment methods
Depending on the service and availability, reservations may be paid online by card through the payment processor, by bank transfer or by agreed pickup/driver payment methods.
Online card payments
For online payments, the customer is redirected to the secure payment processor interface. Big Rent & Transfers does not request or directly store full card details.
Payment confirmation
A reservation may remain under verification until the processor confirms the payment. If a payment fails or remains unconfirmed, the customer may be contacted for clarification.
