Reservation cancellation
To cancel a reservation, contact Big Rent & Transfers using the website contact details or any link included in the booking confirmation.
Requests are reviewed based on the booked service, vehicle availability, time remaining before pickup or transfer and any costs already incurred.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method, subject to payment processor and issuing bank timelines.
Bank fees, exchange differences or costs for services already provided may be handled according to the conditions confirmed for the reservation.
No-show and changes
Failure to arrive at the agreed time and place may limit or exclude a refund. Change requests are handled subject to availability and may require a price adjustment.
